September 19 - A well-educated teacher...

Artist: S. Kornela Kwasniewicz, SSND
Location: Kupno, Poland

1821: Father Michael Wittmann described the teachers at the Stadtamhof school:
"Because of their devotedness, fear of God, and their seclusion from the world, the members of the convent, three teachers whom I have here at Stadtamhof, are making an impression on many young souls who will expand and grow with their own growth."
One of those three lay teachers was Caroline Gerhardinger.
