1957 The 1956 General
Chapter approved the transfer of the Generalate to Rome from Munich. Mother
Ambrosia Roecklein, General Superior, and her assistants moved to the house on
Via Appia Nuova 1468, on July 2, 1957. (The
current Generalate property on Via della Stazione Aurelia 95 was purchased in
1960.)
